My Wedding Work Out

Hey Y’all!

As you know, we recently got married! I know so many people who struggle to get into shape for their wedding day. I have had many clients ask me to help them get ready for special occasions such as weddings. For those people I have created and tailored individual plans for their needs. This is my personal workout.** Always consult a health care professional before starting any new workout plan. This is intended as an example workout, individuals assume all risks associated with working out.**

This is a workout designed to be done everyday at home with minimal equipment. Each set of exercises is intended to be done 3 times. Complete one set of all the listed exercises before repeating.

Arms:

  • 15 Bicep Curls
  • 15 Shoulder Presses
  • 15 Chest Presses

Core:

  • 15 Standing Side Bends
  • 15 Scissor Kicks
  • 15 Leg Dippers

Legs:

  • 15 Sumo Squats
  • 15 Lateral Leg Raises
  • 15 Donkey Kicks

Cardio: (pick one cardio exercise per round of exercise)

  • 30 secs Mountain Climbers
  • 30 secs High Knees
  • 30 secs Jumping Jacks
  • 30 secs Burpees

This exercise routine is intended to tone and shape each individual body part. This is the last little push before the wedding day and is not intended for massive weight loss or strength gains.
